"The First Time really is the Last Time with NFJC"

The First Time/Last Time program offered by NFJC is a one of a kind program in Erie County. The goal of this program is to enroll young people ages 16-21 that have become involved with the criminal justice system for the first time, and make sure that it is the last time. In a county where there are an extremely low number of organizations that serve juvenile offenders, this program has been found to be one of the effective alternative to incarceration programs.
