YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES

These are day- long seminars held throughout the year for Middle and High School students. The goal of the sessions is to provide the skills necessary for inclusive leadership. The expectation is that the emerging leaders who attend these conferences will practice, use, model, and teach what they have learned in their schools and the broader community. In partnership with area social agencies, the NFJC has found a unique way to bring a wide range of issues important to young people to an exciting seminar where participation is the key.

Our annual Youth Leadership Conferences are an important and powerful part of the NJFC programming. They provide true social learning experiences for all who participate, and they empower youth to see real change. For more information on upcoming conferences and how YOU can become involved, please call Marc Rummenie, Program Director at 853-9596.
